How your estimate works
The lab-grown diamond guide is $1,350 for 4 carats, or $337.50 per carat. Other sizes and multi-stone designs use that rate proportionally for planning. Shape, cut, color, clarity and individual stone sizes can change the actual price.
The gold portion uses the quoted pure-gold price, your selected purity (for example, 14k is 14/24 gold), and the metal weight you enter. A making and setting allowance is included; more detailed designs carry a larger allowance. Gold color uses the same base guide at the same purity. Finishes, alloy costs and final specifications are confirmed in your proposal.
Suggested weights are examples, not measurements of our photographs. A pendant chain and an earring pair are covered only by the combined weight you enter. Colored gemstones, platinum, silver and unusual materials need a personal quote. Estimates are not a fixed offer or a confirmed inventory listing. Your complete price, finished weight, stone details, tax, delivery and timing are agreed before purchase.

Yes. Request a private appointment at our partner’s office at 62 West 47th Street, New York. We’ll confirm your date, time, and entry details before you arrive. Remote consultations are also available.
Can I choose a colored gemstone?+
Yes. Start with rubies, sapphires, emeralds, or another gemstone in the inquiry dropdown. Tell us the color and piece you have in mind. We’ll confirm what can be sourced or made, including whether a proposed stone is natural or lab-grown, any disclosed treatments, and available documentation.
Where can I see prices?+
Our diamond shopping section shows individual prices when options have been listed. Each price states whether it is for a loose stone or a complete ring. Made-to-order jewelry receives a personal quote covering the gemstone, setting, metal, and design before you commit.
Can I send you a photo of something I love?+
Absolutely. Upload a reference image with your inquiry. We can discuss the details you’re drawn to and explore a piece that reflects your own style.
What does a ring upgrade involve?+
An upgrade can mean a new ring, a different diamond shape, or exploring a redesign. We’ll discuss what’s possible for your piece. A trade-in or buyback program is not currently advertised.
How do I know the diamond’s specifications?+
Ask about the individual stone’s grading report, measurements, and specifications during your consultation. The documentation available for your selected diamond should be confirmed before purchase.
How long will it take, and what are the purchase terms?+
Timing depends on your design and availability. Delivery estimates, payment terms, return eligibility, resizing, and any warranty coverage must be included in your individual proposal before you place an order.
